Berlin Beach Camp 2008

I was surfing around couchsurfing.com when I came across this event post:
The 4th BERLIN BEACH CAMP will happen from May 8th - 12th 2008 at its traditional location "Strandbad Gruenau" (Sportpromenade 9, 12527 Berlin). Depending on your feedback we are even planning to extend it until Tuesday, May 13th.

I became discouraged, however, when I realized how impossible/difficult it is to book a last minute bus/train to Berlin.
Then I began searching hitchhikers.org, which is a large rideshare database. Miraculously there was one car leaving from Utrecht to Berlin on Friday; unfortunately his car was already full. I began messaging every person on the BBC registration coming from Holland, and one of those people led me to 2 girls with a car in Holland who were looking for two more people to carpool with. I called my girl, Ms Christopher Daniels in Amsterdam, and now my best friend and I, and three strangers from America, will be spending the next 4 days and 3 nights camping on a beach in Berlin. Not only that, but Ginger Divine and I will be performing our very own comedy show as our "creative contribution" to the 2008 festivities.
This is going to be my most exciting adventure yet!
